Wondering if you should get involved in the Social Media Movement?
You can’t go anywhere these days without being battered with talk of Twitter, Blogs, Facebook, LinkedIn, Foursquare etc, etc. This Social Media Revolution is definitely getting a lot of attention, and it happens to be commanding quite a presence in the world of business. Yes, really. There are measureable benefits that your business can take advantage of by diving into the virtual world of communities and camaraderie.
You’ve probably been wondering how you’d get into it, how you’d manage it, and how long it would all take, right? Well, it’s definitely not as complicated as you might think…and we can help you. What we’ve found is that the Social Media World is a sea of communities, people with like interests and goals, that are out there for the same reasons that you are…to provide value and share information.
Our goal is to help. We want to help people understand how they can benefit from Social Media, whether it’s to pursue their passion or build their business! We know how to do it! We’ve done it, and continue to do it every day. We can show you how, it really can be easy.

My girlfriend and I really love your blog and have followed it for a while now. We recommend it to all of the winos we encounter throughout this vast land.
You two should post more videos. And I also think “Hoot n Annie” webisodes chronicling vineyard adventures and personalities should be launched. In fact, If I wasn’t experiencing large doses of lethargy right now, I’d offer to produce the pilot.
Also, while it’s nice to highlight ‘the hood,’ you guys should branch out. I mean, Paso-centric is novel and great and there’s no shortage of wine adventures but a guest-type side bar thing featuring a different winery, vineyard, tasting room or “wine personality” outside PR could be appreciated.
Lastly, I think you guys should take my girlfriend and I wine tasting. We’ll buy lunch.
Keep up the good work, gringos!
Hey man, Hoot here, how goes it? I don’t think we could post more videos, we do 5 a week…that’s a lot. We’ve been doing more interview and vineyard stuff when those opportunities arise, but we like the format of these videos we put on here for now. As for outside the area, we try to cover stuff when we leave the area, and hope to be doing more but our focal point needs to stay Paso due to some future endeavors we have in the works. Thanks for the comments and the ideas…so what do you do?
Social Media works. I am the curator of SaratogaVoice and I found your great video of UnCorked Wine Bar in Saratoga, CA through a Twitter feed I have on that site, so I posted your video there for others to enjoy and link to you. Thanks for the connection. Rick
Hi Rick, thanks for finding us! We’ll check your site out and will definitely let you know next time we’re in the area. We also did a post on Cinnabar! Cheers!
A few weeks ago I attended a charity event which included an auction of 12 bottles of well-aged reds selected by Paul Draper of Ridge wines. One of the bottles was a 1983 bottle from the Dusi Ranch in Paso Robles from vines planted in the 1920s. While I’ve visited Paso Robles on several occasions, I’m not familiar with the Dusi Ranch wines. I always worry about the condition of a wine over 30 years old. However, no one else at the event seemed to be worried. The 12 bottles sold for over $2200.
Frank…interesting. The Dusi family has been here for a very long time and now the daughter, Janell, is the winemaker for J. Dusi wines. She makes some amazing wines.
