Well, the truth is I am not but I would like to. Annie and I have always managed to be quite busy in our life together but add a baby on top of that and it’s mind numbing just how busy we are. Annie works a full time job and does all the back end stuff for our blogs and I have two businesses and write 15 to 25 blog posts per month. Sammy is another full time job and we just recently (finally) closed on a house so we’ve been emptying a storage unit, started painting, and so on. Read more…

What is the Future of Paso Robles?
Someone that Annie and I know very well recently asked us these questions and it kind of got me thinking. Even though I have my opinions this question can be taken many different ways.

Paso Robles Wine and AVA’s
There’s been a lot of talk about the potential subdividing of the Paso Robles AVA into 11 (I think) different appellations. Yesterday I read a blog post by Fred Swan, and he made a lot of sense in his argument for breaking Paso down in to 11 appellations. Read more…
Wine Events: Just For Fun or Serious Business

15 Degrees C: The Place to Be

It’s always a tough decision but we’re willing to put in the hard work to narrow it down to three wines. This month mine (Matt) were all reds and two were Cabernet Franc. That aside all three of my picks were 2008’s…interesting. So let’s get busy. Read more…
