Paso Robles Wine Festival: Interview with Neil from Clavo Cellars

What can we say about Clavo Cellars that we haven’t already said? We definitely like his wines, never disappointed, and Neil Roberts (owner and winemaker) is always a good time.  We got a chance to chat with him while at the Paso Robles Wine Festival, while sipping some of his wine, of course!

His white wines include everything from a Grenache Blanc to a Vermentino to an Albarino while his reds range from a Petite Sirah to a Zinfandel along with a couple of blends. We’ve been big fans of his winemaking style for a few years now and are always looking forward to new vintages.
