We caught up with Erick Cadena (Sommelier and GM at Villa Creek Restaurant in Paso Robles) out of the HdR festivities to get his take on some of the events we had experienced and the Grand Tasting that was about to happen.
Don’t worry though, we will be posting plenty of other videos from the different events at HdR, but we wanted to start with this one.
Erick, as you’ve seen in our recent interview with him on HdR, takes part in the event as one of the official Sommeliers that opens all the seminar wines to make sure they are sound. He’s a cool cat, laid back, and amazingly knowledgeable about wine and the wine community…always good to catch up with him at these events to get his perspective. So, a big thanks to Erick!!
Also, a ginormous Hoot n Annie thank you to Vicki Carroll and Faith Wells of Hospice du Rhone for a superb event!! We were truly blown away!
