Zoller Wine Styling
You know, we aren’t necessarily “wow’d” very often by concepts, but Zoller Wine Styling kind of had that affect on us. It is a fully operational wine making spot a few blocks from downtown Paso Robles, where many small labels are created. When we were in, there were roughly ten different ‘wineries’ we could taste, each with a few wines.
Anybody can make wine there but you need to make a minimum of a barrel, and you can choose to do it all yourself, have some help from the people there, or have Signe Zoller (the owner) make it for you.
