In the Lab at Denner Vineyards

That’s right…right alongside their winemaker, Anthony, who was telling us all about the Denner Vineyards Laboratory and who makes wine there.  See, they built a much larger facility than they needed, so the logical solution would be to open it to other winemakers; those who maybe don’t have access to all of the equipment and space needed to make and store wine.  The neatest thing about this philosophy is that it promotes a feeling of community and support.  Yeah, probably a little healthy competition, but you’ve got a common place where winemakers can come together and use each others knowledge, skills and feedback.  What a great resource.
