Alapay Cellars

In the coastal town of Avila Beach, there sits a wonderful little (well, not so little) tasting room called Alapay Cellars.  http://www.alapaycellars.com/.  Their tagline is “Come on in, the Water’s Wine”.  Well, it’s true…perched right near the crashing waves of Avila they serve up a wide variety of their handcrafted wines.  It’s a family run gig, and the winemaker is often in the tasting room; if you’re lucky, you might even catch a glimpse of their daughter, the cutie that inspired the Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc called “Tiffany”.  So, wander on down to the beach and do a little tasting, there’s tons of cool trinkets and wine-things in the TR to browse through while you sip.
