At Home with Castoro Cellars

Castoro Cellars is one of the bigger, better known wineries around the Paso Robles area – http://www.castorocellars.com/.  They’re a couple of miles out the 46 West and well worth a stop.  We opened a bottle of their 2006 Syrah that we got for under $15 and were impressed.  A nice smoky Syrah, this would go great with a grilled steak or chop.  Some cherry and fruit, and a nice big flavor, we really enjoyed it.
