Home Tasting – Edward Sellers
Hoot ‘n Annie here…we popped open a bottle of Edward Sellers 2006 Syrah Seleccionee on a random Tuesday evening. We decanted it to be sure the wine had some time to breathe before we got into it. We had quite a conversation about how people actually identify the specific smells in the wine, and how you might develop that “skill”. An experiment seemed appropriate right about then; let’s try pulling some things out of the cupboards that might be smells found in a Syrah. That helped! Check it out….
Cheers peeps!

Isnt that the same outfit you wore in the inexpensive French white wine tasting the other night? Ha Ha

Ha Ha…no John. Similar, but different! Thanks for noticing, though…

I like where you are going with the videos. Just a suggestion, it might flow better if you were talking and hubby was filming or vice versa. last couple that i have seen, you start talking and he talks all over you. just a thought.
